Service Providers
We share information with third-party companies that perform services on our behalf, under agreements that limit their use of your information to providing those services. Categories of service providers include:
- Payment processors and billing platforms
- Customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation platforms
- Email and text message delivery providers
- Course hosting and membership platforms
- Webinar and video hosting platforms
- Customer support and ticketing platforms
- Community platforms
- Cloud hosting and data storage providers
- Analytics providers
- Artificial intelligence service providers that support our operations (see Section 7)
- Accounting, legal, and professional service providers
Advertising Partners
We work with advertising networks and social media platforms to advertise our programs. These partners may collect information about your activity on our Site through cookies and pixels (see Sections 5 and 6). Some privacy laws treat this kind of disclosure as “sharing” or “targeted advertising,” and you can opt out as described in Section 12.
Community Features
If you participate in our community, live calls, or discussions, information such as your name, profile picture, questions, and posted content will be visible to other members, and may appear in session recordings available to current and future members.
Business Transfers
If we undergo a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to this Privacy Policy.
Legal Requirements and Protection
We may disclose your information if required by law or where reasonably necessary to:
- Respond to legal proceedings, court orders, or government requests

With Your Consent
We may share your information for other purposes with your consent.
4. Text Messages
If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages, we may send you transactional texts (such as session reminders and account notices) and, where you have consented, marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of marketing texts does not affect transactional messages needed to deliver your purchase.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand how it is used, and support our marketing. Cookies are small data files stored on your device.
Types of Cookies We Use
- Essential Cookies: Necessary for the Site to function, including security, checkout, and account access
- Performance Cookies: Collect information about how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
- Functional Cookies: Remember your choices and preferences
- Advertising Cookies: Track browsing activity to deliver relevant advertisements and measure campaign effectiveness
Your Choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect Site functionality. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising as described in Section 6, and exercise state-law opt-out rights as described in Section 12.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, our Site does not respond to DNT signals at this time. Where required by applicable law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a valid request to opt out of the sharing of personal information for targeted advertising for that browser.
6. Analytics and Interest-Based Advertising
We use third-party analytics services to understand Site usage, and advertising platforms to show ads for our programs on other websites and apps. These providers may use cookies, pixels, and device identifiers to collect information about your online activity over time.
You can limit interest-based advertising through:
- Your device and browser advertising settings
- The opt-out tools offered by the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org)
- The ad preference settings within the social media platforms you use
- A Global Privacy Control-enabled browser (see Section 5)
Opting out does not mean you will stop seeing ads; it means the ads you see will be less relevant to you.
7. Artificial Intelligence and Recordings
As an AI education company, we use AI in our own operations. Here is what that means for your information:
AI-assisted operations. We may use AI systems to help draft support responses, summarize communications, analyze feedback, and operate parts of our Services. Information you share with us may be processed by the AI service providers that power these systems, acting as our service providers under confidentiality obligations. We do not permit our AI service providers to use your personal information to train their publicly available models except as disclosed in their own terms.
AI chat and voice agents. Some of our phone lines, chat widgets, and follow-up systems are operated by AI agents. When you interact with them, your conversation is processed by AI and may be recorded, transcribed, and reviewed to provide the Services and improve quality. Where an interaction is with an AI agent, we aim to make that clear, and you can always request a human by emailing support@productcamps.com.
Call and session recordings. Calls with our team or our AI agents, and all live training sessions, workshops, and office hours, may be recorded and transcribed. By remaining on a recorded call or participating in a live session with your camera, microphone, or chat active, you consent to the recording. Session recordings are made available to current and future program members as part of the Services.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Site and programs may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that we do not operate, including the third-party software platforms included with some programs. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including encryption in transit (SSL/TLS), secure infrastructure, access controls, and monitoring. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Factors that determine our retention periods include the duration of your relationship with us, legal and regulatory requirements, the resolution of disputes and enforcement of agreements (including records of your acceptance of our terms and your course activity), and business operational needs. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access and portability: Request access to the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy in a portable format
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep for tax, billing, or dispute purposes)
- Opt out of marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, reply STOP to texts, or contact us directly
To exercise any right, email support@productcamps.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request where the law allows, and we may ask for proof of the agent’s authority.
12. United States State Privacy Rights
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have additional rights with respect to your personal information, to the extent the applicable law applies to us:
- The right to know the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it (as described in Sections 1 through 3)
- The right to access, correct, and delete your personal information
- The right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising cookies and pixels may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some state laws, and you can opt out by using the methods in Section 6, enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser, or emailing support@productcamps.com with the subject line “Privacy Opt-Out”
- The right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by these laws except as needed to process payments, which is handled by our payment processors
- The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights
- The right to appeal a denied request, where provided by your state’s law, by replying to our response with the subject line “Privacy Appeal”
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
13. Information for EU, UK, and EEA Residents
If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or European Economic Area, the following additional terms apply:
Data controller. Product Camps LLC is the controller of your personal information. Contact: support@productcamps.com.
Legal bases. We process your personal information on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (delivering programs you purchase), legitimate interests (operating, securing, and improving our Services, and marketing our programs), consent (where required, such as for marketing cookies and certain communications, which you may withdraw at any time), and compliance with legal obligations.
International transfers. We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States and other countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses with our service providers.
Your rights. In addition to the rights in Section 11, you have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, the right to restrict processing, and the right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
14. Children’s Privacy
Our Site and Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where required by law we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site and Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
