AI IMPLEMENTATION

Filling the studio when the visitors are already on the island

A 90-day implementation to capture the seasonal traffic Boca Grande sends past your door, re-engage the members you’ve lost, and turn “I didn’t know you existed” into a packed reformer waitlist.

01 · Understanding

Where you are right now

You’ve built a loyal studio over twelve years. The members you have love you. The problem isn’t the studio — it’s that the people who would love it can’t find it.

Boca Grande is full of seasonal visitors and second-home owners walking past your door who never know the studio exists. The handful who do show up are the ones whose Airbnb host happened to mention you. That’s a marketing visibility gap, not a product gap — and it’s the gap that’s been quietly softening your shoulder seasons for 18 months.

Current State

Soft seasons, no visibility

Page 2–3 on Google for “Pilates Boca Grande,” an aging loyal member base, an Instagram run part-time by an instructor, and a Wellness Living database full of lapsed members nobody’s reaching out to.

Where You Want to Be

Reformer waitlist, packed 7am, full shoulder seasons

Your 7am classes packed year-round. Shoulder seasons at 70% capacity instead of 40%. A real waitlist on the reformer Pilates — the highest-margin product you sell. Vacationers finding you before they find the Englewood studio.

The Gap

Visibility, content engine, member re-engagement

Three connected systems are missing: location-based SEO content, an Instagram pipeline in your voice, and automated re-engagement of the 90+ day lapsed members already in Wellness Living.

02 · Methodology

Our approach

Four phases over 90 days. You spend roughly 2 hours per week with us during weeks 1–2, then 30 minutes per week after that. The rest is on us.

  1. WEEKS 1–2 · DISCOVERY

    Audit & Roadmap

Site SEO audit, Wellness Living data review, competitor scan (the Englewood studio and others), voice/tone calibration with you, and a written 90-day roadmap you sign off on before any build work begins.

  2. WEEKS 3–6 · FOUNDATION

    SEO content & location pages

Build the location-based SEO content stack: 50+ pages targeting “Pilates Boca Grande,” “yoga near Gasparilla Island,” and the long-tail visitor queries you’re currently losing. All written in your voice, reviewed by you in batches.

  3. WEEKS 7–10 · ACTIVATION

    Social pipeline & re-engagement automations

Stand up the AI-assisted Instagram and Reels pipeline in your voice, build the Wellness Living re-engagement sequences (30-day, 90-day, 180-day lapsed cohorts), and launch the visitor-capture landing page for Airbnb/hotel partners.

  4. WEEKS 11–13 · HANDOFF

    Training, dashboard, retainer onramp

Train you and your team to run the systems. Deliver the monthly performance dashboard. Decide together whether to continue with the ongoing optimization retainer or hand over completely.

03 · What You Get

Deliverables

Five concrete artifacts you keep, whether or not you continue past day 90.

Boca Grande SEO content pack

50+ location- and intent-targeted pages and blog posts engineered to rank for the searches your visitors are actually running. Owned by you, hosted on your site.

Branded Instagram & Reels pipeline

An AI-assisted content system that turns your existing knowledge into posts, reels, and video scripts in your voice. Your instructor reviews and posts — no more generic wellness quotes.

Wellness Living re-engagement automations

Automated email and SMS sequences for 30/90/180-day lapsed members, birthday outreach, post-class follow-up, and new-member onboarding.

Visitor capture funnel

Dedicated landing page and partnership outreach kit for Boca Grande Airbnb hosts, boutique hotels, and concierges — designed to convert “is there a Pilates studio here?” into a drop-in booking.

Monthly performance dashboard

One-page dashboard showing class fill rate, reformer utilization, lapsed-member re-activations, organic traffic, and visitor conversion — the numbers that actually move your revenue.

04 · Investment

Three ways to engage

Three engagement tiers. Implementation is the recommended fit for Banyan Tree based on your stated bandwidth — you teach 14 classes a week and don’t have time to execute a roadmap yourself.

Advisory

Roadmap and monthly coaching. You and your team execute.

20+
Years shipping implementations

Two decades of technical training, software architecture, and growth systems — fixed-scope and on-time delivery is how we’ve always operated, not a sales pitch.

6
Live businesses in production

We don’t just teach this — we run six businesses ourselves, including a publishing brand and an IT certification platform. We use the same systems we’ll build for you.

100%
Fixed scope, structured payments

One-third up front, one-third at day 30, one-third at day 60. You see the work before you fund the next phase. No mystery invoices.

07 · Common Questions

What you might be wondering

How do I know this isn’t another Google Ads or PR firm experience?

The earlier vendors charged you monthly with no specific deliverables tied to those payments. Our structure is the opposite: defined artifacts (the content pack, the automation stack, the landing page, the dashboard) delivered on a fixed timeline. You can see whether we’re on track at day 30 — before you pay anything beyond the first third.

What’s the guarantee?

We don’t offer money-back guarantees, and we’ll be direct about why: results depend on you running the studio while we build the systems, and we can’t refund based on factors outside our control. What we do offer is fixed scope and structured payments — you’re never out more than $6,000 without concrete deliverables in hand.

How much time will this take from me and my team?

Roughly 2 hours per week in weeks 1–2 (audit calls, voice/tone calibration, sign-off on the roadmap). After that, about 30 minutes per week for batch review.

Will this work with our existing Wellness Living setup?

Yes. Wellness Living has a documented API and we connect to it directly. Nothing about your current booking, member management, or class scheduling changes.

What happens at day 90 — am I locked in?

No. The $18,000 covers the 90-day build, full stop. The $2,500/mo retainer is optional and month-to-month. Everything we built is yours to keep either way.

08 · Moving Forward
